PRINCIPAL’S GOALS:

1. Establish an understanding of the current policies, programs, activities, etc at Centura
2. Determine the effectiveness of the policies, programs, activities, etc at Centura
3. Develop an understanding for all instructors, and the purpose of differentiated curriculum and instruction
4. Develop a powerful team of teachers that are well versed in all areas of curriculum
5. Design and implement a qualitative measurement in order to enhance, and continue the 24/7 project for students, as well as the lease program for teachers
6. Implement policies that will allow all activities to be profitable
7. Assure compliance with state and federal guidelines for teacher quality, including having educators teach their field of expertise
8. Establish an understanding for all teachers the necessity to raise the “bar” in classroom expectations; establishing objectives, instruction, guided practice, closure and evaluation
9. Allow each individual to be an individual and recognize that there may be different techniques that achieve the same outcomee
10. Give guidance to each member of the school community to increase student achievement
11. View the past as the past, not to forget, but to evaluate and build toward the future
12. Develop strong leadership among the entire staff
13. Become a part of a pilot program to evaluate our current practices of classroom instruction, management and recording practices
14. Help design lessons that are meaningful and produce student achievement results that will in turn represent our learning capacity
15. Complete an analysis of the current practices and their relationship to student performance and achievement
